The Rite

You already know what you want. You already know what is true. In one session the exact moment you stop yourself becomes visible — and once you see it, it cannot hide from you again.

The Rite gives you the name of what has been directing you — stated so precisely that the next time it moves through you, you will see it before it lands.

Women who leave speak the real opinion. Set the boundary without explaining it. Walk into the room and stay as the woman they are in private.

You Are Ready For This Work If

In private you are clear. The moment it matters you are softer, smaller, later than you know you should be.

You stop yourself from growing because the path forward means leaving people behind and you are not sure you are allowed to do that.

You keep explaining yourself into permission instead of walking forward and letting the people who are meant for you find you there.

You walk into the room prepared and leave without saying the real thing.

You have understood what you are doing for years. Understanding has not stopped it once.

Who This Is For

The woman who knows exactly what she wants — and interrupts herself at the moment of acting on it.

Musicians, artists, writers, herbalists, ceramicists, healers, founders. Women who think clearly, feel deeply, and know what they are capable of — and who stop themselves at the exact moment of speaking, deciding, committing, or being fully seen.

It shows up in the work too. She finishes it and puts it away. She releases a smaller version than she made. She prices it below what it cost her to build. The same interruption — in a different place.

She is softer than she means. Smaller than she is. Later than she knows she should be. The Rite is for the woman who has run out of explanations that do not implicate her.

What Happens

You speak. Halfway through what you are saying, something becomes visible that was not visible before. You recognise it — not because I described it, but because you can see it happening as you speak.

There is a moment in every woman's story where everything changes direction. That moment becomes undeniable in the session.

I name what is already showing itself. Where it began — in the women before you, in the decisions that were made before you had a choice in them — and where it lives in your life today.

Within three days the naming is returned to you in writing.

What You Receive
01

The Naming — Live, In Session

The exact moment you stop yourself — named clearly enough that it cannot hide from you again.

02

The Lineage Read

Where the behavior began — which woman before you carried it first, what she was protecting, and how it arrived in you as identity rather than choice.

03

The Naming In Writing — Within Three Days

The full naming in writing — where it began, where it lives, what it costs you. Yours to keep and return to.

04

Follow-Up Session — Thirty Days Later

A thirty-minute conversation to sit with what has shifted since the naming — what you have noticed, what has moved, what has not moved yet.

Why This Is Different

Coaching gives you a strategy for the behavior.

The Rite names the interruption itself — the specific moment you stop yourself just before you speak honestly, decide clearly, or show up fully. A strategy for the behavior cannot interrupt what you cannot yet see happening.

Therapy gives you the origin of the wound.

The Rite shows you where the wound became a repeated decision — one you make in the specific moments that matter most. Knowing the origin does not stop what runs without your permission.

Healing gives you relief from the feeling.

The Rite names what moves underneath the feeling — the decision you make before you feel it fully. The gap between what you know and what you do does not close by feeling better. It closes when the moment becomes visible.
